L’Arcimboldo loves to be remembered for the goodness of its cuisine, starting from the choice of raw materials which are always of top quality. We are convinced that simplicity and quality are the ingredients of success and the popularity of the dishes proposed by the chef.
When things are moving so quickly, it becomes necessary to take enough time to choose the right proposals to avoid falling into the error of commonplace flavours lacking in personality. Our Chef Fulvio dedicates his experience to creating original dishes which appeal to a vast number of guests, because what is good must be for all.
The cuisine is Mediterranean, with an eye on typical Lake Garda produce, with special attention to home grown and home made products.
